Youth Exchange Competition

Rules

There will be two trophies to be awarded in recognition of involvement in Youth Exchange.

One trophy will be awarded to a family, couple, individual and a second trophy will be awarded to a Club that has given outstanding commitment.

The guidelines are as follows:-

1. To qualify an Individual/Couple/Family/Club must be actively involved in the Youth Exchange Programme for the Lion Fiscal Year.

2. Involvement would include, hosting, sponsorship, organising a social event, fundraising or a combination of any.

3. The District Governor will be advised of suitable candidates and make the final decision.

4. The District Governor or his nominee will make the presentation of both trophies at District Convention.

5. The recipients will retain the trophies for a period of one year and must return them to the District Youth Exchange Officer, who in turn will forward it to the Competitions Officer no later than the 2nd week in February prior to the next District Convention.

6. The Trophy will not normally be awarded consecutively.
