This 'umbrella' group has been formed by the six leading service organisations in Great Britain and Ireland - the groups have a combined membership of 250,000, and between them they raise millions of pounds every year for charities at home and abroad.

Together, the groups hope to generate greater awareness and understanding of what they are about, provide a forum for sharing experience and best practice, and together, endeavour to influence decision-making at all levels of society.
