Sergeant at Arms
 | The role of the Sergeant at Arms is to facilitate District Changeover,Cabinet meetings, Forums, Conventions andother formal District gatherings. He (or in this case she) also acts as Master of Ceremonies at these functions. The role includes being the District Governor's right hand man, helping the smooth running of and assisting the DG at these events. There is a need to work closely with the DG, District Secretary and Conventions Officer. Meetings attended are the Finance and Admin and the Convention Meetings as well as informal meetings with the DG to help plan events and formats. |
