24th June 2008 was an historic event between District 105M in the Midlands and District 306C2 in Sri Lanka when the 2 District Twinned in the presences of International President Mahendra Amarsuriya. District Governor Buddheni of 306C2 and District Governor Suresh Gohil of 105M of UK exchanged the banners and signed the Certificate
